Personal Training
Our private training is a more one on one type training with specific goals in mind. Our coaching staff knows that not all wrestlers are built alike and have different skills. We design our personal training sessions to fit your son or daughter and work on areas specific to their wrestling. One-on-one sessions with a coach is $75, if you bring a partner it is $50 each, if the staff has to provide you with a partner it is $75 owed from the one booking the session. Rules to booking: 1) If you book a PT you must stay for practice. limited exceptions include scheduling conflict with family or education. 2) Must be a member to book a PT. Limited exceptions include if travel makes it impossible to be a member. 3) Must cancel 24 hours in advanced or you will still be charged. Our coaching staff values their time.
